01Who processes your data

02What is collected, and when
When you complete the questionnaire and ask for the findings: your answers, your email address, your name if you enter it (not required) and the place where you would build if you enter it. The time of completion is recorded with it.
When you join the 2027 list: your full name, email address, where you would build, the stage you are at and when you would like to start.
Automatically, as on any website: the server keeps standard access logs (IP address, time, browser type). Those logs are kept by the hosting provider for security and for the site to run; we do not use them for profiling or link them to your submission.
03Why it is collected
- so I can write and send you the findings you asked for,
- so I can tell you when slots for 2027 open, if you asked me to,
- so I can answer your message.
The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation), given through the tick box before sending. Without that box the form does not submit.
04Who else sees your data
Nobody outside the office. Your details go to no advertisers, are not sold and are not traded. Technically, two services are involved and they process data only on the office's instructions: Hostinger (the server the site runs on) and Zoho Mail (sending and receiving email). Both keep their servers within the European Union.
05How long it is kept
Until you withdraw your consent, and at most 24 months from our last contact, after which it is deleted without you having to ask. If a project comes out of the conversation, the details move into the office's regular business records and are kept under the rules governing the archiving of project documentation.
06Your rights
At any time you may ask for access to your data, its correction, deletion, restriction of processing or transfer, and you may withdraw your consent. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it. One message to marko@merkart.hr is enough, and the reply comes without delay, within one month at the latest.
If you believe your data is not being handled properly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), Selska cesta 136, 10000 Zagreb.
07Cookies
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, tracking pixels or third-party scripts. That is also why there is no cookie consent banner: there is nothing to consent to.
08How the questionnaire is scored
The questionnaire is calculated in your own browser, by rules written in advance, and the result does not leave your device until you press send. No decision about you is made automatically. The findings are read and written by a person, which is why they take a few days rather than arriving instantly.
09Changes
If any of the above changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top shows when. Anything substantial is sent by email to those on the list.
